论“多元文化教育”对边疆民族地区舞蹈教育的意义——以云南艺术学院舞蹈教学为例

On the Significance of "Multicultural Education" to Dance Education in the Frontier Ethnic Regions:A Case Study of the Dance Teaching in Yunnan Academy of Arts

通过对"多元文化教育"的研读,以云南艺术学院舞蹈学院为例,反思边疆民族地区舞蹈教育存在的问题:"一体"与"多元"不和谐、培养与就业不匹配、通行教材与"乡土"教材不对称。反思地区舞蹈教育要注重地区舞蹈课程的设置,强调地区舞蹈教材建设,培养地区舞蹈师资,调整地区舞蹈训练内容。

Through the study of ＂multicultural education＂, taking the Dance Institute of Yunnan Academy of Arts as an example, this paper reflects on the problems of dance education in the frontier ethnic areas： the disharmonies between ＂oneness＂ and ＂diversity＂, between training and employment, and between ＂nationally accepted teaching materials＂ and ＂indigenous teaching materials＂. It is reflected that the regional dance education should pay attention to the regional dance cmTiculum, emphasize the construction of regional dance teaching materials, cultivate regional dance teachers, and adjust the content of regional dance training.
