摘要 我们以某型强载荷柴油机连杆螺纹加工为例,从有限元仿真分析、切削试验、加工验证、实物质量解剖、疲劳平台试验等多方面进行研究,确定了挤压加工高强柴油机连杆螺纹,可以提高螺纹的抗疲劳能力,对连杆的整体性能有极大的提高。 In this paper, the thread processing of connecting rod of a certain type of diesel engine with high load is taken as an example to research from the finite element simulation analysis, the cutting test, the processing verification, the physical quality anatomy, the fatigue platform test and so on. The connecting rod thread of high strength diesel engine is determined by extrusion, the fatigue resistance of the thread can be improved which has greatly improved the overall performance of the connecting rod.
