摘要
船用低速机高压SCR反应器承受严重的热负荷,热机耦合应力远超过材料屈服强度,给常规评价方法带来极大挑战。我们采用压力容器分析设计方法对应力进行分类和合理评定,为避免与主机共振,又进行了模态分析。计算结果表明,该结构满足强度和振动要求,为后续CX52工程样机的机载SCR设计提供了重要借鉴。
The high pressure SCR reactor of marine low speed engine suffers severe thermal load, thermal-mechanical coupling stress is far exceeding yield strength of material, which brings great challenge to the conventional evaluation method. This paper uses pressure vessels design by analysis method to stress classification and reasonable evaluation. And modal analysis is obtained to avoid resonance with diesel engine. The results indicate that the structure meets the requirements of strength and vibration, which provides an important experience for future design of CX52 SCR on-engine.
