摘要
海外某热电厂配置柴油机发电机组的废气涡轮增压器进气系统为室外进气,由于消音不足产生刺耳的高频噪声,为此,在热电厂现场测量柴油机增压进气系统、热电厂区噪声,确定噪声源及其分散范围。我们从噪声测量位置的选择、噪声频率及其幅值分析原因,确定消音降噪方案,现场实施并改进方案,效果评估结果不但成功解决了增压进气系统噪声异常现象,也为以后柴油机室外增压进气系统的消音设计和安装提供了宝贵的经验。
An irritating and high frequency noise came up from T/C outdoor air intake system because the built-in silencing system was not powerful enough, which happened on the Gen-set in one of overseas heat power plant. In order to figure out where noise come from and how far it reaches, the T/C air intake system and whole heat power plant were measured respectively. After analysis of selected measuring location, frequency and amplitude, a solution was proposed and performed on site. The distinct effect after modification demonstrates the abnormal noise in the system has been eliminated to a great extent, this precious experience earned from successful solution will also contribute to the design and installation of silencing systems of T/C air intake system from outdoor.
