发动机试车间排气引射的数值模拟研究

摘要 为了改善某发动机试车间排气不畅、排气管道受损的情况,利用数值模拟的方法,研究了发动机试车间内排气引射距离的改变对试车间排气效果的影响。根据试车间实际尺寸设计计算模型,利用Fluent软件对计算模型进行数值模拟,分析了采用此计算模型得到的数值模拟结果的可参考性,并对比8种不同引射距离下试车间的排气情况,得到的数值模拟结果与试验测量结果基本相符,说明模拟结果具有可参考性。对比不同引射距离的模拟结果,建议把发动机试车间的排气引射距离改为750 mm。 In order to improve the condition of the exhaust of a certain engine and the damage of the exhaust pipe,using the numerical simulation method to study the influence of the change of the exhaust ejection distance between the engine test vehicles on the exhaust effect of the test vehicle. Design the calculation model based on actual size of the test vehicle,numerical simulation of the calculation model by the Fluent software,the reference of the numerical simulation results obtained by this calculation model is analyzed,and comparison of exhaust conditions between 8 different ejection distances. The results obtained from the numerical simulation are basically consistent with the experimental results,it shows that the simulation results are referable. According to the comparison of the simulation results of different ejection distances,it is suggested that the exhaust ejection distance between the engine test vehicles be changed to 750 mm.
