摘要
随着民用飞机系统综合性能要求提高,飞行试验过程中潜在的各种随机风险越来越多。为降低民机试飞风险,建立了基于民机试飞过程的风险识别、分析、评估、管理工作体系。形成了民机试飞风险分析方法及使用过程,给出了民机试飞风险检查项目。开发民机试飞风险数据库,实现民机试飞风险文件管理、信息共享,减少试飞科目风险,提高民机试飞安全。
With the improvement of the comprehensive performance of civil aircraft system,there are more and more potential random risks in flight test. In order to reduce the test flight risk of civil aircraft,the processes including risk identification,analysis,evaluation and management have been established based on the test flight of civil aircraft. The risk analysis method and application process of test flight have been formed. The risk inspection items of test flight have been listed. The test flight risk database of civil aircraft has been developed to manage risk documents and share information of test flight,which will reduce the risk of test subjects and improve the safety of flight test.
