农村留守妇女发展困境之思考——以陕北地区为例

Reflections on the Development Dilemma of Rural Left-behind Women——Taking Northern Shaanxi as an Example

农村留守妇女是伴随着我国工业化和城镇化发展而出现的一个特殊群体。受诸多因素的制约,农村留守妇女在劳动负担、身心健康、夫妻情感、子女教育、权益保障等方面面临着诸多困境。对此,政府应该高度重视农村留守妇女的合法权益,加大对留守妇女的支持力度,提高妇联等社会团体和组织的服务意识和服务水平,加快农村社区建设,运用专业社会工作方法对留守妇女进行有效援助。

The left-behind women in rural areas is a special group which is accompanied by the development of industrialization and urbanization in China. Restricted by many factors,the rural left-behind women are facing many difficulties in labor burden,physical and mental health,husband and wife＇s emotion,children＇s education and protection of rights and interests. In this regard,the government should attach great importance to the legitimate rights and interests of the rural left-behind women,strengthen the support for the left-behind women,improve the service awareness and level of such social groups and organizations as the Women＇s Federation,speed up the construction of rural communities,and use professional social working methods to help the left-behind women.
