以“精准培训”推进“精准扶贫”——高校在教育扶贫中应担当的责任

"发展教育脱贫一批"是党中央的战略部署。教育的亏欠、培训的缺乏,导致贫困地区青壮年劳动力劳动技能的贫困,而能力贫困又是其致贫的重要原因。高校承担着教育扶贫的重要责任,"精准培训"助推"精准脱贫",是教育扶贫的基本路径。"精准培训"应当注意对接特色产业,运用信息化手段,提升培训时效和质量,围绕"互联网+"、联结校—地—企,做好立体化帮困文章。从长计议,还应借鉴"太仓实践"经验,充分利用职业教育资源,谋划好贫困地区新生代农民的职业发展教育。

＂Developing education out of poverty＂is the strategic deployment of the Party Central Committee. The insufficiency of education and the lack of training have led to the impoverishment of young adults＇ ability to work in poverty-stricken areas,and capacity poverty is also an important cause of poverty. Colleges and universities bear the important reprehensibility of education poverty alleviation. ＂Precision poverty alleviation＂promoted by ＂precision training＂is the basic path for education poverty alleviation. ＂Precision training＂should pay attention to the connection with featured industries,use information technology,pay attention to timeliness and quality,focus on＂Internet Plus？＂and link up colleges-local-enterprise,and be a three-dimensional helper. From a long-term perspective,it is also necessary to draw lessons from the experience of ＂Taicang Practice＂,make full use of the resources of vocational education,and plan the career development education of the new generation of farmers in poverty-stricken areas.
