摘要
专业学位研究生教育不同于学术学位研究生的教育,它培养的是具有深厚知识基础的高级应用型人才。专业学位研究生教育重要的知识基础之一就是实践者个体的实践知识。实践知识是实践者在实践过程中积累起来直接用于实践的知识。实践知识具有实践性、个人性、社会性、连续性、情境性、缄默性。对专业学位研究生教育而言,实践知识的提出意味着要关注学习者或者实践者现有的个人的实践知识,注重实践者自我实践知识与他人实践知识、理论知识的互动,承认实践者或者学习者作为知识创造者的合法地位,建构平等的师生关系,注重叙事在专业学位研究生教育中的重要作用。
Professional degree graduate education is different from academic degree graduate education. Itcultivates advanced applied talents with a deep knowledge base. One of the important knowledge bases for pro-fessional degrees graduate education is the practical knowledge of individual practitioners. Practical knowledge is knowledge that practitioners have accumulated in practice and used directly for practice. Practical knowledge is practical, personal, social, continuous, contextual, and silent. For professional degree graduate education, the introduction of practical knowledge means to pay attention to the existing individual's practical knowledge of the learner or practitioner, pay attention to the interaction of the practitioner's self-practice knowledge with others' practical knowledge and theoretical knowledge, recognize practitioners or learners the legal status of the creator of knowledge, establish an equal teacher-student relationship and pay attention to the important role of narrative in professional degree graduate education.
