创新驱动背景下高职院校创新创业教育的研究

Study on Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Innovation Driven Background

实施创新驱动发展战略,科技创新是核心,创新创业型人才是关键。创新创业教育是推动高职院校培养创新技能型人才的核心驱动力。但目前,高职院校创新创业教育仍存在课程体系不完善、师资队伍不健全和政策衔接不合理等诸多问题,针对这些问题深入分析与探讨,提出高职院校创新创业教育的重点在于健全完善课程体系,重视实践平台建设、注重师资队伍建设和校企合作深度融合。

Technological innovation is the core and innovative and entrepreneurial talents are the key of implementing innovation driven development strategy. Innovative and entrepreneurial education is the core driving force to promote the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in higher vocational colleges. However,there are still many problems in innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges at present,such as,imperfect curriculum system,imperfect faculty and unreasonable policy cohesion. This paper puts forward some exploratory suggestions such as perfect the course system,attaches great importance to the construction of experimental platform,pay attention to the teachers troop construction,establish a deep integration alliance system for school-enterprise cooperation.
