某发动机模拟装置在半实物仿真中的应用

摘要 以发动机控制器、发动机模拟器、伺服系统为核心部组件设计完成固体火箭冲压发动机控制系统的半实物仿真试验装置,将其以硬件实物形式接入导弹控制系统半实物仿真试验中,模拟了固体火箭冲压发动机点火前后的工作流程,完成了发动机燃气发生器压强、发动机剩余质量以及推力等模型解算,实现了固体火箭冲压发动机在半实物仿真试验中推力闭环可调。多次半实物仿真试验表明,搭建的硬件平台隔离性好、性能稳定、结构紧凑,满足固体火箭冲压发动机控制系统设计的要求。 The HWIL simulation experimental device of the solid rocket-ramjet engine control system is designed by using the engine controller, the engine simulator and the servo system as the core components. It is embedded in the HWIL simulation experiment of missile control system in the form of physical hardware. The working process of the solid rocket-ramjet engine before and after the ignition is simulated. The model calculation of the engine gas generator pressure, the residual mass and the propulsive force is completed. The closed loop adjustment of the solid rocket-ramjet engine is achieved in the HWIL simulation experiment. The muhiple simulation resuhs show that the experimental hardware plaffoml has good isolation, stable performance and compact structure, which can satisfy the design requirements for the solid rocket-ramjet engine control system.
