摘要 针对某型精确制导炸弹折叠翼组件的设计原理和展开性能测试需求,提出了测试系统方案及设计流程。本文详细阐述了LabWindows/CVI环境下,使用数据采集卡及红外光电传感器所涉及的软件编程、数据采集及存储、传感器外围电路设计等关键技术。研制的测试设备经过软硬件调试,满足了系统测试指标要求,具有测量时间准确、操作简单、可靠性高、安装维护方便等特点,并已成功应用于新型号研制。 Aiming at the design principle and unfolding performance test requirements of guided bomb's folding wings, the design process and scheme of system are proposed. Some key technologies, such as programming of the system' s software, data capture, data storage, data processing, peripheral circuit design of sensor using data acquisition card and infrared sensor, are expatiated under LabWindows/CVI environment. After debugging the hardware and software, the system meets the requirements of testing folding wings successfully. The system has the advantages of accurate measuring time, simple operation, high reliability, convenient installation and maintence. It has been successfully applied to the development of new product.
