摘要
在风电渗透率不断提高的同时,风能的不确定性可能致使电网部分线路重载甚至过载,从而诱发电网的低频振荡现象,在很大程度上制约着电力系统的安全稳定运行。针对上述问题,在概率分配法(Probabilistic Collocation Methods,PCM)的基础上,提出了一种考虑不确定因素的含可再生能源电力系统小干扰分析方法,能真实反映电力系统实际的安全运行水平,适用于研究风电接入对电力系统概率小干扰特性的影响,对含可再生能源电力系统的安全稳定分析具有重要的参考意义。
As the wind power penetration continues to increase,the wind's uncertainties may lead some lines of power grids to be under heavy-load or even overload conditions and thus cause low-frequency oscillation,which will,to a large extent,restrict the secure and stable operation of power systems. To cope with this problem,based on the probabilistic collocation methods( PCM),this paper proposed a method for probabilistic analysis of small signal characteristic taking uncertainties into account. This method is able to practically reflect the security operation level of power systems and is applicable to the researches on the impact of wind power integration on probabilistic small signal stability of power systems,which is of great significance to security and stability analysis of power systems with integrated renewable energy.
