山东省虾蟹类养殖产业现状分析与可持续发展对策

Status Analysis and Sustainable Development Strategy of Shrimp and Crab Aquaculture Industry in Shandong Province

本文通过详细的调查研究，对山东省虾蟹类养殖产业的状况进行了分析，概述了山东省主要海淡水虾蟹类养殖品种的资源及其分布；从养殖规模和养殖模式两方面总结了主要经济虾蟹类的养殖现状；结合产业链的技术需求、市场前景和产业经济预期，系统归纳了山东省虾蟹类养殖产业发展所面临的问题与挑战；阐明了产业发展的总体思路和发展途径；从加强科技投入、发挥科技支撑作用、完善法律法规等方面提出发展对策，对于新形势下山东省虾蟹类养殖产业的持续健康发展以及山东“海上粮仓”建设的顺利实施都具有重要的意义。

Through detailed investigation and study, the situation of shrimp and crab farming industry in Shandong Province was analyzed. This paper summarizes the major resources and distribution of shrimp and crab in freshwater and seawater. The main aquiculture conditions of shrimps and crab were generalized from the aquiculture magnitude and patterns. We reveal the common problems and propose the development countermeasures of this industry according to technical requirements, market prospects and economic expectations. In this paper, the problems and challenges in shrimp and crab aquaculture industry are summarized and the corresponding strategies are proposed. It will be helpful for the healthy and sustainable development of shrimp and crab aquaculture industry in Shandong Province, and in other areas of China, and it may provide theoretical and technical basis for decision-making of relevant authorities.
