A Study of the Christian Preaching Characters in Modern China——setting Zhang Yijing as the Center

张亦镜是民国时期基督教文字工作者,在传播基督教的过程中形成了自己独特的文字布道观,他认为文字布道者所肩负的使命,与以牧师为传道员的使命相同,都是"感悟悔改信仰";文字布道的内容,就是报章杂志主要登载与耶稣有关的文章,对于其他的学说理论只能"引为我所用",否则就是失职;文字布道的标准就是在布道过程中要达到"是否合上帝旨?是否为上帝所悦?是否能引人归主?"在这种布道观的指引下,他发表了许多有关阐释基督教的著作,对民国时期基督徒产生了重大影响。

Zhang Yijing was a Christian literal worker during the period of the Republic of China. He thought a Christian literal worker assumed equal liabilities with a pastor as an evangelist because of＂repenting and mending one’s ways＂. Preaching characters required newspapers and magazines to publish the article on Jesus or neglecting one’s duty. Standards of preaching characters were fit of the decree of God,for happiness of God,letting one man believe in God. Zhang Yijing’s preaching characters had a major impact on the Christian during the period of the Republic of China.
