高龄鼻饲患者胃残余量的相关影响因素分析

Analysis of related factors of gastric residual volume in elderly patients with nasal feeding

目的探讨影响高龄鼻饲患者胃残余量(gastric residual volume,GRV)的相关因素。方法选取在解放军总医院老干部病房住院且经鼻胃管鼻饲的126例患者,分别在午餐及晚餐前30 min测量GRV并进行相关统计分析。结果 Logistic多因素回归分析结果显示,糖尿病及年龄是高龄鼻饲患者GRV升高的危险因素。结论年龄和糖尿病是GRV的风险因素,要对高龄患者和有糖尿病史的患者格外关注,防止发生GRV过高进而引发严重并发症。

Objective To investigate the influencing factors of the gastric residual volume （GRV） in elderly patients with nasal feeding. MethodsA total of 126 patients with nasal feeding hospitalized in the geriatric ward of our hospital were selected to measure and compare the GRV 30 minutes before lunch and dinner. ResultsLogistic multivariate regression analysis showed that diabetesand agewere risk factors for elevated GRV in elderly patients with nasal feeding. ConclusionAge and diabetes are risk factors for GRV. It is necessary to pay special attention to elderly patients and patients with diabetes history to prevent excessive GRV and serious complications.
