摘要
南京青奥中心双塔为超高层建筑,地下3层,地上分别为58层(高255m)和68层(高314.5m),采用了矩形钢管混凝土密柱框架-钢筋混凝土核心筒结构,取消了加强层,并采取全逆作法施工,保证了工期目标的实现,是目前世界最高的超高层建筑全逆作施工案例。本文围绕结构体系、施工逆作设计等方面介绍了该项目相关的超高层建筑逆作法关键技术。
The Nanking Youth Olympic Center are super high-rise twin towers. The two towers were 58 floors (255 m) and 68 floors (314.5m) high, respectively, and shared a three-storey basement underground. The frame-tube structural system with dense rectangular columns was adopted and the stiffness-strengthened story were rejected by the structural engineers. The top-down construction method was fully used to save the construction time, making them the tallest buildings constructed by the top-down technique. In this paper, the structural system design and the top-down method design were introduced. The top-down construction method about super high-rise buildings were also presented.
