摘要
本文针对绿色生态园区的建筑技术集成应用开展了研究,研发了海绵城市建设、新型装配式建筑结构体系、新型装配式围护结构、门窗遮阳一体化、立体绿化部品部件、基于BIM的运营管理系统等体系化绿色建筑技术,并进行了集成应用,创建了国内首个绿色建筑主题公园——江苏省绿色建筑博览园,实现了绿色建筑技术的可感知、可体验、可复制。
The article has carried out research on technology integration and application promotion of building technology of Green Ecological Park. A series of systematic and green building technologies was developed, such as sponge city construction, new assembly structure system, new assembly type envelop structure, integration of doors, windows and shading, three-dimensional greening parts, BIM-based operation management system, etc. Based on the series of research and development, the first green ecological park in China--Jiangsu Green Building Expo Park was established, which make the green building technology Perceptible, experiential and reproducible.
