工业化全预制桥梁设计施工关键技术研究及应用 被引量:9

摘要 随着我国国民经济的发展,人工费用渐呈上升趋势,桥梁施工机械设备摊销费用在工程总投资中比例不断降低,使节段拼装施工的经济性不断提升。根据《国务院办公厅关于大力发展装配式建筑的指导意见》、《上海市交通建设装配式技术应用推广方案(2016-2018)》等文件精神,本项目秉承住房和城乡建设部、交通部一直倡导的工业化全预制桥梁理念,针对占全国桥梁总量80%的中小跨径桥梁,系统建立了全预制拼装设计施工成套技术的解决方案,包括预制拼装桥墩、桩基、新型小箱梁、防撞墙、BIM信息化及大型现代化预制构件工厂建设技术等系列技术。与传统现浇方法相比,项目研究成果可保持工程建安费基本持平,并缩短现场工期50%以上,降低施工期内交通影响60%以上,减少现场工人80%以上,具有很高的社会与环境效益,大大推进了桥梁工程的工业化生产、标准化管理与信息化施工,对桥梁行业发展具有决定性作用,填补了国内相关空白。 With the development of China's national economy, labor costs are gradually rising, and the proportion of bridge construction machinery and equipment amortization costs in the total investment of the project is continuously decreasing, which makes the economics of segmental construction continue to increase. According to the document spirits of "Guidelines on Developing Prefabricated Buildings by the General Office of the State Council " and "Shanghai Technology Application and Promotion Scheme of Prefabricated Transportation Construction (2016-2018)", the prefabricated bridge concept was advocated by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and the Ministry of Transportation. Prefabricated bridge concept is specially tailored for medium and small span bridges, which account for 80% of the total bridges in the country. A complete series of design and construction technology solutions of prefabricated bridge has been established systematically, including prefabricated bridge piers, pile foundations, new small box beams, anti-collision walls, BIM information technology and construction technology of modem large-scale prefabricated component factory and etc.. Compared with the traditional cast-in-place method, the project research results can keep the project construction fee basically flat, but shorten the on-site construction period by more than 50%, reduce the traffic impact during the construction period by more than 60%, reduce the on-site workers by more than 80%.This project will have high social and environmental benefits, greatly promote the industrialized production, standardization management and information construction of bridge engineering, which could play a decisive role in the development of the bridge industry and fill the domestic technology gap.
