摘要 面对BIM在建设工程中应用存在的组织难、数据传递难、协同难等突出问题,本文站在业主的角度,从项目建设全过程的角度出发,对协同的对象分析、组织流程、数据要求进行研究,并将其研究成果融入协同平台搭建,在建科既有"云平台"的基础上开发了面向业主的数字化协同管理平台,从建设项目全过程涉及的质量管理、进度管理、费用管理和合同管理的维度对项目进行管控,从而实现建设工程数字化协同管理。 BIM is widely used in construction industry, but it still haves certain problems, such as it is difficult to organize, to transfer data, and to coordinate and etc. In this paper, we start research on collaborative objects , organizational process, and data requirements based on owners orientation and the life cycle of construction engineering, then integrate the research results into collaborative platform and finally we develop digital collaborative management platform for owners on the basis of Jianke "Cloud Platform". Through the platform, we improve the efficiency of quality management, progress management, cost management and contract management during the whole life cycle of construction engineering projects.
