摘要 污泥低温真空脱水干化成套技术是上海复洁环保科技股份有限公司自主开发的一种新型固液分离技术与设备。该技术首次将传统压滤脱水与真空加热干化相结合,利用环境压强减小水沸点降低的原理,将含水率90%-99%的污泥一次性脱水干化至20%以下,最大限度地实现了污泥的减量化,并为后续的污泥无害化处置和资源化利用创造了有利条件,不仅实现了污泥的大幅减量和节能减排,同时降低了后续处置成本,取得了显著的经济、社会和环境效益,有力推动了行业的技术进步。 Sludge Low-temperature Vacuum Drying Technology is a new solid-liquid separation technology and equipment, which was independently developed by Shanghai CEO Environmental Protection Technology Co,, Ltd. This technology combines traditional pressure filtration dewatering process with vacuum heating drying process for the first time. Using the principle of reducing the boiling point of water by decreasing the environmental pressure, the sludge with water content of 90-99% is dehydrated and dried to less than 20% at one time. As a result, the sludge is maximally reduced and favorable conditions have been created for the subsequent sludge decontamination disposal and resource utilization. The wide application of this technology not only achieves substantial reduction of sludge, energy saving and emission reduction, but also reduces the cost of subsequent disposal. Furthermore, it has achieved significant economic, social and environmental benefits, and has effectively promoted the technological progress of the sludge treatment industry.
