摘要
针对我国城镇污水处理厂普遍存在的进水碳源不足,影响出水氮磷稳定达标的技术瓶颈问题,结合常州排水管理处下辖的清潭污水处理厂提标改造工程和江边污水处理厂运行优化工程实施,创新研发并提出了预处理单元跌水复氧及工艺控制技术、回流污泥内源反硝化技术、内回流混合液溶解氧控制技术、化学除磷对生物除磷的潜在影响及侧流辅助化学除磷技术、反硝化除磷工程强化技术等污水处理全流程碳源高效利用工艺技术路线,构建了基于碳源高效利用和氮磷稳定达标的城市污水处理厂提标改造与优化运行成套技术。
The shortage of carbon source in influent of municipal wastewater treatment plants in our country influences on reaching the drainage control standard of nitrogen and phosphorus steadily. The project researched and developed innovatively processing technology routines of high-efficiency utilization of carbon source in full wastewater treatment flow, such as control technology of waterfall oxygenation in pretreatment unit, technology of endogenous denitrification of recycle sludge, control technology of dissolved oxygen in internal reflux mixture, potential impact of chemical phosphorous removal on biological phosphorous removal and technology of dypass chemical phosphorous removal, strengthening technology in engineering of denitrifying phosphorus removal. Based on the research results above, the project constructed integrated technology for upgrading and optimizing operation of municipal wastewater treatment plant based on high-efficiency utilization of carbon source and reaching the drainage control standard steadily. Research Results are applied in upgrading engineering of Qingtan Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant and optimizing operation of Jiangbian Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant.
