省级数字化城市管理新模式研究

省级数字化城市管理新模式建设,是贯彻落实中共中央国务院关于深入推进城市执法体制改革改进城市管理工作的指导意见》《中共中央国务院关于进一步加强城市规划建设管理工作的若干意见》要求,指导、监督和协调各地城市管理工作,解决城市管理面临的突出矛盾和问题,消除城市管理工作中的短板,进一步提高城市管理和公共服务水平的必由之路。四川省以创新省级城市管理监管模式,实现全省城市管理监管工作标准化、制度化、规范化,全面提升各地城市管理水平为目标,主动作为,深入研究,通过制定技术规范和数据标准,搭建省级数字城管平台,整合利用各地信息资源,建立数据挖掘模型和考核评价体系等一系列工作,积极探索省级数字城管新模式,推进全省城市管理向数字化、精细化、智慧化迈出关键一步。

The establishment of the new model of provincial-level digital city management is to implement the Guidelines of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on Deepening the Reform of Urban Law Enforcement System and Improving Urban Management as well as Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on Further Strengthening the Management of Urban Harming and Construction. The only way to further improve the level of urban management and public services is to coordinate the urban management work in various places, solve the outstanding contradictions and problems faced by urban management, eliminate the shortcomings in urban management work. Aiming at innovating the model of provincial-level urban management and supervision, realizing the standardization and institutionalization of urban management and supervision in the whole province, and comprehensively improving the level of urban management in all parts of the province, Sichuan Province integrated the information resources, established the provincial digital city management platform and constructed the data mining model and evaluation system and etc., to actively explore new model of digital city management and promote the city management towards digital, precise, and intelligent trends.
