摘要
探索高校辅导员研究型创新团队建设,是我们推进高校辅导员队伍专业化、职业化、专家化发展工作的一个重要突破口和着力点,对于增强辅导员科学研究能力和专业成长自信,提升职业认同感、归属感和成就感,对于提高我国高校思想政治教育工作的质量和水平具有重要现实价值。分析了高校辅导员研究型创新团队组建的模式和特征,以及影响高校辅导员研究型创新团队运行的因素。
Exploring the construction of research - oriented innovative teams of college counselors is an important breakthrough to promote the professionalization, professionalization, and expert development of college counsel-ors. It is of great practical significance for the improvement of the counselors'scientific research ability, profes-sional confidence and identity, the sense of belonging and accomplishment. This paper analyzes the model and characteristics of research - oriented innovative teams of college counselors and the factors that affect the opera-tion of the team.
