过油管桥塞堵水技术在鲁迈拉油田的应用 被引量:8

摘要 2013年至今,针对鲁迈拉油田因含水上升导致的自喷井停喷问题,采用了PosiSet过油管电缆桥塞堵水技术对鲁迈拉油田底部射孔层段水淹的油井进行了堵水作业,累计作业300余井次,成功率达到90%。以R-XXX井的实际作业经验为例,详细介绍了PosiSet过油管桥塞在鲁迈拉油田进行堵水作业的技术原理、作业步骤及注意事项,分析了应用该技术进行堵水作业的适应井型及确定桥塞坐封深度的关键因素,为该技术在同类型井中的应用提供了参考。 From 2013,for the problem of ceasing for the natural flow wells caused by rising water cut in Rumaila oilfield,PosiSet through tubing plugs were used for water shut off in more than 300 bottom interval water flooded wells with a success rate of 90%.This paper took the actual operation experience from R-XXX well as an example,introduced in detail the technical principle,operation steps and precautions of using PosiSet through tubing bridge plug for water shut off in Rumaila oilfield,and analyzed the applicable well pattern for this technology and the key factor for setting depth design of the PosiSet bridge plug,which provides a reference for the application of the technology in the same type of wells.
