摘要 造成家用空调压缩机电磁音的原因有八十余种,从类别上划分主要有设计与加工工艺两大主线。在轴系受力变形设计方面,表现在电磁拉力大与轴系刚性差两个方面。而定子和转子间隙不良导致的电磁音问题,由相关部品加工精度和装配工艺过程等原因造成。本文重点阐述转子外径跳动不良和装配焊接时过定位这两个因素对定子和转子间隙不良的影响,并且提出针对性的改善方案。 There are more than 80 reasons for the electromagnetic sound(EMS) of household air conditioner's compressors. From the category, there are two main categories, including the design and the assembling technology. For the design of shaft system with shape deformation under the force, the main reasons include the large electromagnetic pull force and the poor shaft rigidity. Problems of electromagnetic sound due to the poor clearance between the stator and the rotor are caused by the machining precision and assembly process for the related parts. In the present study, the effects of the poor outer diameter runout of rotor and the over positioning for the assembly welding on the poor clearance between the stator and the rotor were analyzed, and the improvement method corresponding to the problems was proposed.
