摘要
社区志愿者的培育和发展是当下基层社区治理中的重要议题。本文以东莞市D社区XH社会工作服务中心培育和发展社区志愿者为案例,分析初创公益组织在培育老年社区志愿者过程中所面临的困境,运用专业社会工作方法,探究培育老年社区志愿者的应对之策。
The cultivation and development of community volunteers is an important issue in community governance. This paper takes XH Social work Service Center in D Community as a case study to analyze the difficulties faced by start-up public welfare organizations in the process of cultivating elderly community volunteers, and applies professional social work methods to explore the countermeasures to cultivate elderly community volunteers.
