我国体育产业发展的法律制度、实践问题及对策研究

Research on Legal System and Practice Problems and Countermeasures of Sports Industry Development in China

自习近平总书记在十九大报告中提出"加快体育强国建设"以来,体育产业发展势头较好,然而在体育产业发展中还存在体育产业相关法律缺位、政府保护体育产业的缺位、缺乏对体育产业法律政策执行的监督等问题。因此,有必要通过制订专门的体育产业法、明确体育产业发展的政府意识、强化体育产业相关法律执行监督、提高社会对体育产业发展中责任的认识等措施,来合理规范体育产业发展中遇到的问题,从而促进体育强国的总目标实现。

Since General Secretary Xi put forward in the report of the 19 th National Congress ＂Accelerating the Construction of a strong Sports Power＂,the sports industry has been enjoying good momenetum of development. However,in the development of sports industry,there is a lack of laws related to sports industry,and the government ignores the protection of sports industry.What＇s more,there is a lack of supervision over the implementation of sports industry laws and policies,etc.Therefore,it is necessary to make a special law on sports industry, clarify the government consciousness of the development of sports industry,strengthen the supervision of the enforcement of relevant laws of sports industry,and enhance the social understanding of the responsibility in the development of sports industry,etc.In order to reasonably standardize the problems encountered in the development of sports industry,thus promoting the realization of the overall goal of sports power.
