基于ISO9000族标准的高校教学质量标准体系建设研究——以安徽财经大学为例

Study on the Construction of Teaching Quality Standard System Based on the ISO9000 Standard in Colleges and Universities:A case Study of Anhui University of Finance and Economics

教学质量是高等教育发展的核心问题,建立质量标准体系、提升教学质量已成高校关注热点。基于国内外引进ISO9000标准建立教学质量标准体系的实例,从理论上对ISO9000标准与高校教学质量标准体系结合进行可行性和必要性论述;通过安徽财经大学教学质量标准手册应用案例,诠释八项基本原则新释义。构建了"评估—内诊—外审"有机结合的高校教学质量标准体系,分层探讨研究了各个环节。最后对安徽财经大学实施的现状进行概述和展望。

The teaching quality is the core issue in the development of higher education. Establishing a system of quality standards and improving the teaching quality have drawn the attention of universities.Basing on the introduction of the ISO9000 standard in China and abroad to establish the standard system of teaching quality,this paper theoretically discusses the feasibility and necessity of the combination of the ISO9000 standard and the college teaching quality standard system.Combining the Teaching Quality Standards Manual of Anhui University of Finance and Economics with the application case of this school, the paper interprets the new definition of the eight basic principles.Having constructed the school＇s teaching quality standard system, which consists of ＂assessment,internal diagnosis,and external review＂,we discusses its segments from every lawyer.Finally,the current situation of Anhui University of Finance and Economics is outlined and forecasted.
