试论“雨雪霏霏”中“雨”字的读音和用法

Try to Analyze the Pronunciation and Usage of the“Yu”in“YuxueFeifei”

通常认为"雨雪霏霏"中的"雨"读yù、用作动词,但考察这一解释的来源《十三经注疏》,发现"雨"有读yǔ、用作名词的可能。从语法语义角度考察,后一解释更为合理,从修辞立意角度看,后一解释也更符合《诗经》音韵原则。但《诗经》距今久远,难见原貌,且单从句意看两种解释都行得通,因此《十三经注疏》中若将"雨,于付反"改为"雨,于付反,又如字"则更为合理。

It is commonly believed that the ＂Yu＂ in ＂YuxueFeifei＂ is read as yu, and used as a verd, but we find that the ＂Yu＂ has the potential to be read as y and used as a noun according to The Thirteen Classics. In grammar semantics, the latter explanation is also more reasonable. From the point of rhetoric, the latter explanation is more consistent with phonologi cal principle of Shijing. But Shijing is ancient, which is hard to see the true nature of it, and both of these explanations are acceptable in sentence. So, if ＂Yu, yufu fan＂ is changed into ＂Yu, yufu fan, you ruzi＂ in The Thirteen Classics, it will be more reasonable.
