Running vocational school by the way of forming education groups is a strategic innovation in connotation con struction in the new era. Guangdong Women＇s Vocational Education Group is constructed based on the need of modern industry service and it is talent cultivation oriented. It has integrated the vocational education resources by means of the school enterprise cooperation, inter school cooperation, and school local government cooperation. It has also explored the way of training women students by forming a four side teamwork that consists of women＇s federations, trade associations, enterprises and colleges. Also, it has set up a model for running of vocational education group.
