高职教师创业现状及支持策略研究

On the Present Situation of Higher Vocational College Teachers' SYB and Its Supporting Strategies

高职院校教师创业既有政策红利的驱动,也有实现个人自身价值的动机,教师创业多方收益。但现实中并没有大规模高职院校教师创业行为的发生,主要原因在于教师创业存在创业成本高、创业能力欠缺、创业资源获取不足以及后创业时期的安置等种种创业顾虑。建议进一步采取积极有效的支持策略,如帮助教师树立创业价值取向,建立创业教师进出筛选机制,重视对创业教师的过程管理,建立创业配套服务机制,营造良好的社会创业环境氛围等,以期全面提高创业质量、效率以及竞争力,搭建教师创业的立体生态。

The entrepreneurship of higher vocational college teachers is not only actuated by dividend policies but motivated by the realization of individual value,which is of multilateral gains. However,there are not many business start-ups of higher vocational college teachers in reality,whose reasons mainly lie in the high cost of SYB,lack of entrepreneurial skills,insufficient business resources and positional concerns after business start-ups. This paper comes up with some corresponding positive and effective supporting strategies,including helping teachers set up the value orientation of business start-ups,establishing the in out selection mechanism of entrepreneurial teachers,emphasizing the process management of business start-ups,building the service and supporting system,and creating a good social environment for business start-ups,thus completely improving the quality,efficiency and competitiveness of SYB,and setting up the stereoscopic ecology for teachers＇ business start-ups.
