In terms of Marxist Epistemology,human＇s professional quality structure can be described by the＂Quality Iceberg Theory＂. This paper holds that it＇s necessary to emphasize the overall development of individual professional awareness,professional ability,professional ethics and professional psychological quality from the perspective of＂Iceberg Theory＂,which is beneficial to grasp the essence of college students＇ professional quality cultivation,to change the concept of college employment guidance,to promote their career development and to fully achieve the career training goal of colleges.
