江苏省徐州市部分猪场母猪弓形虫感染抗体检测 被引量:1

摘要 为了解江苏省徐州市母猪弓形虫感染及流行状况,2017年5—6月,采集徐州市5个未免疫弓形虫疫苗猪场的321份母猪血清进行弓形虫IgG抗体检测,同时比较有无猫接触史,有无灭鼠和药物预防措施的母猪弓形虫感染率。结果显示:5个猪场均存在弓形虫血清IgG阳性抗体,共检出阳性血清189份,样品阳性率为58.9%(189/321);多胎次母猪的抗体阳性率普遍较高;做过灭鼠或磺胺类药物预防的母猪抗体阳性率明显低于未做过的(P<0.05)。本次抗体检测结果表明,徐州市这5个规模猪场的母猪中普遍存在弓形虫隐性感染,需要采取灭鼠、定期药物预防等措施,严格控制弓形虫感染,尤其是胎次较多的母猪。 In order to recognize the Toxoplasma gondii infection situation in sows in Xuzhou City of Jiangsu Province,during May to June of 2017,321 serum samples were collected from five swine farms which weren't vaccinated with Toxoplasma gondii vaccine and tested for Toxoplasma IgG antibodies by ELISA kits. From the perspectives of if the sows had the history of contact with cats, the farm adopting measures for killing rats,as well as adopting medicine prevention measures,the infection rates of the 5 farms were compared. Results showed that IgG antibodies against Toxoplasma gondii were detected in all of the 5 farms,189 serum samples were detected positive,the individual positive rate was 58.9%(189/321). The positive rate in sows of more parities was higher than those of less parities. Besides,farms or pigs which had been received measures of killing mice or sulfonamide treatment had lower positive rates than those hadn't(P〈0.05). The antibody detection results showed that Toxoplasma gondii recessive infection existed commonly in sows in 5 pig farms of Xuzhou City,which needed to take measures of killing rats,carrying out drug treatment regularly,as well as strictly control Toxoplasma gondii infection,especially the sows of more parities.
