远程实训,可以作为提升幼儿教师实习与培训质量的重要手段。建构幼儿教师远程实训平台的主要内容包括3个模块,其中,幼儿园全景模块和区角环境创设模块,主要采用基于3D技术构建模拟幼儿园情境、人物和材料;教学技能实训模块,主要提供视频教学资源观摩和网络交互讨论空间。远程实训的具体内容设计是结合幼儿教师专业的发展要求,为学习者提供虚拟的教学情境,并注重网络教学的趣味与交互性,遵循远程教育对象规模大需求多样的特点进所行的教学与评价设计。

The kindergarten teachers＇ training platform, based on distance education, can be an significant supplementary way for the current kindergarten teachers＇ practice and training. The platform consists of three modules, the Panoramic Kindergarten modules and Area Environment module where the kindergarten context, characters, and materials are constructed by 3 D technology, and the kindergarten teachers＇ teaching skills training module which provides learners with instructional videos and a space for online interaction and discussion. The design of the platform takes the requirements of kindergarten teachers＇ professional development into consideration, and aims to create a virtual teaching context for learners, with an emphasis on the entertaining and interaction of online teaching. In addition, the design of teaching and assessment in this platform will meet such characteristics as massive learners and varied demands in distance education.
