基于培育工匠精神的《电子测量》课程教学改革研究与实践

Research and Practice on Teaching Reform of Electronic Measurement Course Based on Cultivation of Craftsman's Spirit

大力倡导和弘扬工匠精神是新时代的需要。高等职业院校需要立足职场,转变观念,因势利导,培养出适应于市场需求的具有工匠精神的高素质技能型人才。以《电子测量》课程教学改革研究与实践为例,通过调整课程定位、优化课程内容、改变教学方式、变更考核方式等一系列措施,探索将现代工匠精神融入课程教学中进行培育的有效途径。

Vigorously advocating and carrying forward the spirit of the craftsman is the need of the new era. Higher vocational colleges need to base on the workplace, change their concepts, and guide the students to cultivate high-quality skilled talents with the spirit of craftsmen in line with market demand. This paper is based on the ＂research and practice of teaching reform of electronic measurement course＂ as an example, through a series of measures to adjust the orientation of the curriculum, optimize the course content, change the teaching way, change evaluation methods, explore the effective ways of teaching to cultivate the modern spirit of the craftsman.
