摘要
针对近年来城市小区的停车难问题,提出一种气弹簧助力式双层自行车停车装置的总体设计思路,在分析上层停车位的设计要求及其助力机构的受力情况后,以上层停车位气弹簧助力机构的安装位置为研究对象,对其进行优化设计,同时结合三维模型对其助力机构的工作过程进行了模拟验证,结果表明:该气弹簧助力机构安装设计合理,能够满足上层停车位的工作要求.
In order to solve the problem of difficult parking in urban areas in recent years,the overall design idea of a gas-spring assisted bicycle parking mechanism is proposed. After analyzing the design requirements of the upper parking space and the stress of the power-assisted mechanism,the installation location of the gas-spring assisted mechanism in the upper parking space is taken as the research object,and the optimal design is carried out. At the same time,the working process of the gas spring assisted mechanism is simulated and verified by combining with a three-dimensional model. The results show that the gas-spring assist mechanism is reasonable in installation design and can meet the working requirements of the upper parking space.
