投入产出技术在金融风险管理模型机制中的建立与应用研究

经济全球化趋势下,金融危机和债务危机接连不断地发生并发展着,这种机制年复一年地发展下去会积累成深层次的、不可逆转的矛盾和灾难;而在理论和实践上截至目前还没有从根本上消除金融危机的体制机制和技术方法,只能更加深入地认识金融风险产生和发展的规律性,探索化解和防范金融风险的手段。我国的改革开放为世界经济的发展注入了活力,也为国际资本的发展提供了良好的舞台,但是资本的逐利性质所决定的投机行为和兴风作浪所带来的金融动荡必然会伤害到我国的实体经济。为了有效防范和化解国际资本市场的负面作用对我国的影响,更好的维护我国金融环境,引入投入产出技术理论,研究设计出金融风险防范与管理的模型机制,对复杂金融过程进行信用风险评估和处置。这种模型体系在实践中具有可操作性,可以对金融风险的防范和化解提供一条可供借鉴的思路。

After the economic unification,that mechanism which caused financial crisis and debt crisis will lead to deeply-rooted and irrevocable paradoxes or disasters. There is no effective theoretical or practical mechanism.Financial unrest caused by overseas capital market＇s profit seeking will do harm to our domestic real economy.The input-output technique is applied in this program to find out the prevention and management of financial risk model to assess complex financial computing. That operational mechanism can thoroughly gets rid of the possibility of financial crisis. It provides specific standard and direction for revolution of world financial computing system in post-financial-crisis era.
