作为中国政府积极应对国际经济新格局的重要举措,上海自贸区于2013年9月正式成立。上海自贸区建立的目的是转变政府职能,加快金融改革,促进贸易服务,扩展外商投资,实现简政放权等,是深化国内改革的一次创举。总结了上海自由贸易园区的成立背景、设立过程、功能布局等几个方面,比较分析了不同园区的定位和功能,探讨了上海自贸区对人民生活的影响。

The establishment of the Shanghai Free Trade Area is an important measure for the new government to promote China＇s economic reform and opening up. The main purpose of the shanghai FTA is to promote the opening of the service sector,accelerate financial reform,promote the transformation and upgrading of foreign trade and achieve decentralization. In this paper,the background of the establishment of Shanghai Free Trade Zone,the establishment of several processes,functional layout,comparative analysis of the positioning of different parks and function are introduced,finally the development of Shanghai FTA on people＇s lives is discussed.
