摘要
为了研究用友NC对有色金属行业供应链管理的作用,文章采用实地调研的方法对东轻公司用友NC整个实施过程进行研究。通过对用友NC产品解决销售、采购、仓储等环节暴露问题的方法进行分析,得到结论:NC产品可以构建统一的管理与业务运行平台,整合各类系统数据,完成从业务层到管理层和决策层的信息化建设,有效提升企业竞争力,持续支持企业战略目标、运营模式和组织管理的健康发展。通过东轻公司实施NC供应链产品的案例来看,做好产品服务工作可以提高企业的竞争能力,赢得重复购买的机会。
In order to study Yongyou NC' s managing function on the supply chain of nonterrous industry, Dongqing Company' s practice is researched. By analyzing Yongyou NC ' s solution to selling, purchase, storage and other rings, it is concluded that NC product can construct a unite plattorm tot management and business operation. By integrating various system data, intormation construction of business, management, and decision-making group is developed to promote enterprise competitiveness and support the achievement of enterprise strategy, operation pattern, and organization management. From the analysis of the case in Dongqing Company, an efficient product service can promote the enterprises competiveness and win the change of repeat purchase.
