擅自发行股票、公司、企业债券犯罪不仅侵犯公民公私财产所有权,而且严重危害国家正常的股票、公司、企业债券发行秩序。大数据时代下,该类犯罪逐渐呈现从传统走向智能、犯罪时空多维度、通过网络实施、缺少犯罪现场、信息线索多以数据虚拟形式存在等特点,使得传统侦查手段捉荆见肘。为了降低侦查成本,提升侦查效益,需要结合使用传统侦查手段和大数据技术手段,以期更有效地打击该类犯罪。

At the age of big data, this type of crime tends to have the characters of smartness, multi-dimension of time and space, employing internet, lack crime scene, and digital information clues, which makes traditional investing methods inadequate. To reduce the cost of investigation and promote efficiency, traditional investigation method should be combined with big data technology to strike against the crime.
