Interactive Relation Between Social Organization's Participation in Social Governance Innovation——An Example of HY Child Service Centre in Hefei

近年来,在社会治理创新理念的倡导下,合肥市政府鼓励支持社会组织承接政府职能,参与基层社会治理。文章选取合肥市HY儿童服务中心作为研究对象,探究其在社会治理创新中的具体作用,并探寻合肥市HY儿童服务中心在发展过程中面临的问题,尝试提出解决问题的方法。

Recently, with the guidance of social governance innovation idea, the municipal government of Hefei has been encouraging social organizations to take over some government functions and take part in basic level social management. With HY Child Service Centre in Hefei as an example, it attempts to explore the concrete function and provide solutions to the problems.
