摘要
简要分析某电厂垃圾焚烧炉存在超温及结焦现象的原因,提出采用辅燃风机配合浓水回喷,以帮助锅炉的燃烧调整和降低炉温减缓结焦的方案,能够保证锅炉长期稳定经济运行,对处理类似的垃圾焚烧炉超温及结焦问题有一定的借鉴作用。
This paper analyzes the causes of the overheat and the coking of the garbage incinerator in a power plant. In addition, it presents a scheme for adjusting the combustion of the boiler and reducing its temperature to slow down the coking by means of the combined utilization of both the auxiliary combustion fan and the back-spraying of the concentrated water,which can ensure the long-term stable and economical operation of the boiler as well as provi- ding reference for similar cases.
