咪喹莫特诱导银屑病小鼠模型的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 银屑病是一种免疫介导的慢性炎症性皮肤病,在对银屑病复杂的发病机制的研究中,银屑病动物模型的建立显示出重要作用。目前对银屑病动物模型建构主要集中于动物天然组织、局部药物诱导、以及基因水平研究,其中Toll样受体(TLR)激动剂的局部诱导是运用最为广泛的模型之一。本文搜索并整理分析近年文献,将目前运用TLR激动剂构建银屑病动物模型的研究现状作一综述。
