MARKING the 20th anniversary of diplomatic relations between China and South Africa,2018 is a fruitful year for high-level bilateral exchanges and pragmatic cooperation.The two heads of state frst met at the 10th BRICS Summit in Johannesburg in late July,and later gathered at the Beijing Summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation(FOCAC)together with leaders from other African countries in early September.
