摘要
由于教师职业的特点,教师合作文化难以自然形成,通过人为的方式推进合作文化发展已经证明是一种可行的方式。教学团队作为国内最常见的教师合作组织,在推动合作行为方面确实有卓越的成效,但是如果忽略了合作文化的建设,这种组织就有较大的脆弱性和行政依赖性。实证研究表明,人为的合作组织能够在较大程度上提升教师的合作意愿和行为,对于培育教师合作文化有积极的作用。在团队建设过程中可以从五个方面入手,促进合作的发生和深入发展。
Teachers' cooperative culture is diff cult to be formed by nature because of teachers’ professional characteristics. However, it can be developed by organization itself. As the most common cooperation organization in China, the teaching teams have got remarkable achievements in promoting cooperative behavior but it is easy to be broken or relied on administration. This paper makes a case study on the role of the teaching team in the development of teachers’ cooperation culture, and puts forward suggestions for cooperative culture.
