支持和推动构建开放型经济新体制的若干思考——以湛江市为例

当前,国内外政治和经济形势十分复杂,构建开放型经济新体制在此背景下应运而生。我国正处于新常态的战略高度,构建开放型经济新体制已是大势所趋。湛江作为北部湾中心城市和国家重要港口城市,应把握新时代下的新机遇,落实新要求,重视经验积累和结构创新,通过转变政府职能、优化产业结构等策略支持和推动湛江市开放型经济新体制的构建,顺应新时代潮流,打造出一种湛江经济发展新模式,助推湛江经济飞跃式发展。

The establishment of an open economic new system is a national strategy developed by China in the face of international and domestic complex economic and political contexts. Under the new normal, the establishment of an open and new economic system is a general trend. As the central city of the Beibu Gulf and an important port city of the country, Zhanjiang should grasp the new opportunities in the new era, implement new requirements, attach importance to experience accumulation and structural innovation, support the government through improving government functions, optimizing industrial layout, and linking with the “Hessian” strategy, so as to promote the construction of a new system of open economy, create a new economic development model, and boost economic development in Zhanjiang.
