摘要
CBL是一种以病例为基础的教学方法,在各临床医学教学中广泛应用。内科学是一门实践性很强的临床基础课程。本文主旨为探讨在内科学的教学中引入案例教学法的可行性和注意事项,并讨论和传统教学法进行比较的优势,以期能丰富内科学的教学方法,达到不断提高教学效果,提升教学质量的目的。
CBL is a teaching methold that based on case of illness, and is widely used in the clinical medicine theaching. Internal medicine is a clinical foundation course which is very strong practicality. The aim of the article was to explore the feasibility and considerations for the introduction of case-based teaching in the science of internal medicine course and discuss the advantages compared with traditional teaching methold. The introduction of this teaching methold is in order to enrich the teaching methold, to improve the teaching effect and the quality of teaching.
