中药封包疗法联合针灸治疗混合型颈椎病的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Chinese Medicine Encapsulation Therapy Combined with Acupuncture and Moxibustion in the Treatment of Mixed Cervical Spondylosis

目的分析讨论中药封包疗法联合针灸治疗混合型颈椎病患者的临床效果。方法在2016年1月1日—2017年12月31日收治的混合型颈椎病患者中抽取92例,按照入院号随机分为常规组和观察组,每组46例患者,常规组使用中药封包疗法进行治疗,观察组使用中药封包疗法联合针灸进行治疗,经过治疗后,比较分析2组患者的治疗效果、颈椎功能。结果研究表明,观察组患者的治疗效果优于常规组,颈椎功能评分高于常规组,差异存在统计学意义,P<0.05。结论中药封包疗法联合针灸对混合型颈椎病患者的治疗效果较好,能够改善患者的颈椎功能,有很高的临床应用价值。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Chinese medicine encapsulation th erapy combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of mixed cervical spondylosis. Methods In our hospital from January 1, 2016 to December 31, 2017,were mixed type of cervical spondylosis patients were extracted in, according to the hospital, 92 cases were randomly divided into conventional group and observation group, with 46 patients in each group. The conventional group used Chinese medicine Chinese medicine encapsulation therapy. The observation group used Chinese medicine Chinese medicine encapsulation therapy in combination with acupuncture and moxibustion treatment. After treatment, the comparative analysis on the treatment efficacy of two groups of patients and cervical function was made. Results The results showed that the therapeutic effect of patients in the observation group was higher than that of the conventional group, and the cervical function score of the treatment group was higher than that of the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant P〈 0.05. Conclusion Chinese medicine encapsulation therapy is effective in treating mixed cervical spondylosis, and can improve patients ＇ cervical vertebra function and has high clinical value.
