清热祛湿散结合玻璃酸钠治疗湿热内蕴型膝关节滑膜炎60例

Qingre Qushi Powder Combined with Sodium Hyaluronate Injection in the Treatment of Knee Synovitis of Mutual Damp and Heat Type for 60 Cases

目的观察中药散剂清热祛湿散外敷结合玻璃酸钠注射治疗湿热内蕴型膝关节滑膜炎的临床疗效。方法选择符合条件的60例患者,随机分为治疗组、中药外敷组、玻璃酸钠组,每组20例,给予相应的治疗,记录观察指标。结果经过1个疗程的治疗后,治疗组总有效率高于中药外敷组和玻璃酸钠组(P<0.05)。结论清热祛湿散外敷结合玻璃酸钠注射治疗湿热内蕴型膝关节滑膜炎,有较好的疗效,值得推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Qingre Qushi powder combined with sodium hyaluronate injection in the treatment of knee synovitis of mutual damp and heat type. Methods 60 eligible patients were randomly allocated into treatment group, external application of Chinese medicine group and Sodium Hyaluronat group, and each group had 20 cases. The three groups were given accordingly treatment. The observation index was observed. Results After one course of treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the others（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion There were significant effect of Qingre Qushi powder combined with sodium hyaluronate injection in the treatment of knee synovitis of mutual damp and heat type. It is worthy of application.
